Thirteen Things rules about drinking COFFEE!! 1. There is no such thing as too much cream! 2. If you are a mommy and you leave a coffee cup with a vitamin next to it by a fresh pot of coffee for your daughter in the morning (who is WAY not a morning person!) you are the bestest momma evah! 3. If you are eating cookies - you must have coffee with them. 4. It's never too late or too early for coffee! 5. If you have someone coming over to visit you must have coffee ready when they get there. 6. There should be a Starbucks that only sells Pumpkin Spice Lattes - this seasonal crap just isn't working for me! 7. You can collect cool coffee cups from fun places that you go to. 8. Books, coffee, pjs, and the internets is the best Friday night ever. 9. Coffee makes the world go 'round! 10. The best heart to heart talks are done in cute, quiet coffee shops. 11. I don't care what anyone says it does to you - Splenda is love! 12. Dunkin Dounuts is also love! 13. Harry and David's chocolate raspberry coffee is heaven on earth! P.S. One of these days I will post more to my blog than just 13's LOL!

Thursday Thirteen #3

Thirteen Things I re-discovered while moving I'm moving back in with Mom and Dad for the summer since my roommate turned out to be.... well... how can I say this nicely?... Hmmm.. Well... I can't say it nicely so I'll just leave you to fill in the blank for yourself. =p While moving I discovered lots of things that I forgot I even had!!! 1. More pictures of my little brother! He's so cute! I'll have to scan some in sometime and post them! 2. A really pretty necklace with a purple shiny stone on it! Shiny!! woohhoooo! 3. A notebook from Jr. High School!! The cool thing was not just to pass notes to each other, but to have a notebook between friends... you would write in it during class then pass it off in your locker or the hallway to the other person you shared it with! Wow... we wrote about the most pointless things!... fun fun. 4. A picture of me when I permed my hair... yeh I thought I had destroyed all of them... =( 5. More nail polish than one person could use over 5 lifetimes!! 6. Lots of bottles of that green face mask stuff. (No, there are not pictures of that! =p) 7. A PINK Red Sox hat. (Baseball is less exciting than watching grass grow, but it was PINK!... Plus, pink sports stuff makes the father all tizzy so it's fun hehe) 8. My kissy bears! There is velcro on the hands so they can hold hands, and a magnet in there lips so they KISS!! 9. SHOES! That have been boxed up for like 3 years!! YAYAYAY Can NEVAH have too many shoes! 10. Craft stuff that I think is really fun to buy because I KNOW that it's stuff you could really do something with... I just haven't figured out what yet... but I might... someday... 11. Valentine cards from Mom and Dad!! AWW! =) 12. The quilt of LOVE!! I have no idea how I forgot about that thing since it's super comfy to snuggle with and has tons of color on it! 13. A pink pencil with a bunny topper on it!! (something Mom and I found at the 50% sale in Hallmark after V-day... very VERY bad store for us to be in!)

Thursday Thirteen #2

Thirteen Dos and Don'ts from the life of a little fairy girl DO: Love, light, and laughter - Approach every situation with love, shine the light on everything you do, and laugh as much as humanly possible. DON'T: Assume we are wiser than children. Most often we are not and here's why (taken from an extremely enlightened and wise man I met recently) Children don't complicate things - they call it as they see it and love it for whatever it is. Example: When they need to forgive someone or need forgiveness - they just do it - just say "I'm sorry." or "You are forgiven." Then they are done with it and move on with their little lives. No complications. DO: Give the polite "wave" to people when they let you turn, change lanes, pull out of a parking lot. (Even better... blow them a KISS!) DON'T: Give pooty, insincere, one-handed with the "finger pat" on the back hugs - MEAN IT when you hug someone - Show you care and really embrace the person... give the love in the hug and RECEIVE it back! DO: Wear color! Lots of it!!! So much black, brown, white, grey - We need more color!! Every color has a different energy with it... lets spread more energy around! DON'T: Put more negative energy into already negative situations, instead find the positive side and CLING to it. Law of attraction: We get more of whatever we send out(think about) - There is always a positive angle - sometimes it's harder to find than the negative side, but don't give in just because it's easier - the positive is there and if we search for it we WILL find it! DO: Smile... A LOT! Try to put a smile on the face of those around you everyday - If we get someone to smile we have touched their life - We may not know the why or how - But we have, probably more than we will ever know. DON'T: Start smoking - ever. Seriously, quitting is hard and SUCKS!... Big time!! DO: Breathe. I'm "relearning" how to breathe correctly. I know that for as long as I can remember I stop breathing randomly or take weird half breaths. One of my teachers told me the other day that when we do that it means on some level we are wishing we were not here (on the planet). So lets take a deep breath together and be happy we are here, life is good. DON'T: Make promises you can't keep. It disappoints and hurts others. Learning to say no is soooo v.e.r.y. hard (especially when you have HUGE disappointment issues like me!) but it's a lesson worth learning when broken promises is where always saying yes leads you. DO: Love yourself. DON'T: Think we are ever alone in anything! God, angels, fairies, spirit guides, guardian angels, loved ones that have passed, etc. are ALWAYS with us - the key is in noticing the signs and ways in which they communicate with us. The Mommy of Love told me a cute story about this - her goddaughter passed away about a year ago - and ever since then starting on the day of her funeral her goddaughter's mom gets calls on her cell phone from someone speaking Spanish - She knows that is her daughter saying "HI!! Introducing ME 13 - #1

Thirteen Things about ME, ME, ME, oh... and ME! 1. My name is Nicole (well I go by Nikki a lot, but I think I'm taking to using Nicole more now... I dunno... long story =p) 2. PINK ROX! - Seriously... best color evah! (even better if it involves glitter! /nod) 3. I don't match my socks... and probably never will.. I just don't feel like I should limit myself to the joy of only one sock pattern - today it's one monkey sock and one rainbow sock! =) 4. I have the COOLEST mommy in the whole world! - She's my best friend, I can tell her ANYTHING, and she's a woo woo chick (p.s. Dad is pretty cool too) 5. I have 3 cats: Mischief, Mayhem, and Princess Fiona - Missy and May earned those names. 6. I love fairies!!! bunches and bunches!! - I saw a fairy for the first time in January on my birthday while giving Reiki... I was soooo excited! 7. I LOVE LOVE LOVE hockey!! (with the knowledge that I am generally a very nonviolent person that's actually very funny when you see me standing up and screaming for them to fight! =p) The Caps are my favorite team - Brashear is my favorite player and I have a jersey with his name on it... PINK of course =) (sowwy dad!!) 8. I'm very into something - almost obsessively so .... for 3 days.. then I move onto the next thing - in fact I'm getting bored with this blog so I may go make a new one now =p 9. Ok ok... I confess.. I drive like a grandma... I really do... I don't like to go faster than the speed limit... I'll go 5 miles over it when Mom is following me just so I don't have to hear her snark when we get to where we are going. =p 10. COFFEE makes the world go round. Nuff said! 11. I'm a huge country music fan. Trace Adkins is my fav at the moment. 12. I like to adopt other peoples children for the day so I can have 'kid cover' for the movies I secretly really want to see! 13. I suck at being 22... I don't like to go out or drink or any of that... I'm most happy in my jammies on the couch with my laptop and some coffee! That is a PERFECT Friday night!!!
